Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone number, billing info) during the order process.

You are responsible for supplying complete and clear requirements for your project. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.

Communication will primarily occur via email or our support system to ensure accurate records.
Delivery of Services

Once requirements are finalized, our team will begin work and provide updates on project status (e.g., “In Progress,” “Completed,” or “On Hold”).

Any revisions must be aligned with the original agreed instructions. Requests outside the scope may require additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Before Work Begins: Full refunds are available if you cancel within 2 hours of placing an order, provided no development has started.

Delayed Delivery: If we are unable to deliver your project within the agreed timeline (due to reasons on our side), you may request a partial or full refund.

Service Not as Described: If the final product significantly differs from the agreed specifications, you may request a review and possible refund.
Non-Refundable Cases

If the project has been delivered as per the agreed scope.

If delays are caused by missing/incomplete client requirements.

Refund requests made more than 30 days after project delivery.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at support@hashapps.live with your name, order ID, and reason for the request. Our financial team will review within 3 business days. If escalated, a final decision will be provided within 7 business days.
